Cluster could be characterized as geographical agglomera- tion of mutually related companies, specialized suppliers, service performing entities, companies operating in simi- lar sectors and related institutions, which both cooperate and compete with each other . The development poten- tial of clusters and cluster initiatives in a given country is determined by numerous factors including conditions of conducting business activities, as well as the presence of diff erent types of institutions which might support the de- velopment of enterprises.
